  Since 1997, we have developed considerable practice expertise in this complex area—both in traditional, nonfederally regulated crop hail insurance and in crop insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act and related regulations.   Sanders & Associates handles pre-suit investigation and negotiation, dispute resolution, and complex civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation. With court permission on a case-by-case basis, we have represented clients in litigation across the United States.

  We assist business, corporate, and closely-held family enterprise clients with a variety of business and transactional matters, which in the past have included business entity creation and structure, contract negotiation and review, employment issues (including non-competition agreements, hiring, and termination), equipment leasing and financing, real estate lease and purchase negotiations, regulatory compliance and review, and trademark and trade secret issues.
