Since 1996, the firm has served clients in State and Federal Courts in southern Ohio. The firm's litigation practice consists in large part of civil litigation, commercial disputes, crop insurance, insurance coverage, and personal injury, as well as occasional recovery actions for creditors in bankruptcy matters. The firm's attorneys practice throughout Ohio and other states in which they are licensed, and are also frequently admitted to practice in particular cases in other state and federal courts across the nation. We have also engaged in substantial transactional work for business, corporate, and closely-held family enterprise clients whose areas of business include commercial equipment financing and leasing, consulting, laboratory and analytical equipment manufacturing and sales, medical products supply, professional and medical services, real estate investment, and retail and wholesale sales.
